Create an Empowering Environment

The importance of creating an empowering environment by gathering people around you that will empower you on your journey towards your vision. So have you distinguished who these people are in your life? What are the people that always seem to believe in you no matter what? Who are the ones around you that keep saying "well done" or "I know you can do it"?

When you think about it, these people are pretty amazing, right? We may take it for granted sometimes, but the fact that they always back you up, listen to your aspirations without prejudice and maybe dream big with you and make suggestions and/or try to help, is truly extra ordinary and thoughtful. Make an effort to inspire them in return, it is equally important to acknowledge these people around you.

My suggestion therefore is to make sure they know that you appreciate their support and inspiration. Make an effort to tell your partner, mum, friend or whoever inspires you how much it means to you that they believe in you. They will feel appreciated and empowered in return. Keep inspiring each other!
